Hi! I'm Rachael, I'm a female Personal Trainer working in the Crystal Palace, Upper Norwood and Thornton Heath area. I specialise in body and mind positivity and I work with all kinds of people who are all shapes, sizes and abilities but most my clients are women. As a body positive personal trainer I promote physical activity as an act of self-care. Change comes from a positive mind set first and foremost and results come from commitment to your goals, building in good sustainable habits over time.


Fitness is not a punishment and ought not to be punishing. My approach to training is fun, playful and about enjoyment, building knowledge that empowers along the way.

Lifting Weights

One to One Personal Training

Sessions are an hour long and are uniquely tailored to your needs. Most of my work is one to one working with a range of different clients but women in particular. The benefit of one to one is that you have the trainer's full attention to support you towards your unique set of goals.
