THE NEBU PHILOSOPHY

Nebu is the ancient Egyptian symbol for Gold. Derived from the word Nebil which is where Gold was mined from along the river Nile. The Nebu logo is the hieroglyphic for the word gold, it is the image of a Golden collar with seven spines hanging off the middle.

I’ve not always been as excited about fitness as I am today. I know what it’s like to experience various barriers to gaining fitness whether they be physical or mental. I also know the journey to overcome them. Since 2018 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in the South London area sharing ways to overcome these obstacles, helping people feel good about their bodies and about themselves.

When you begin the journey, or re-connect with the journey of investing in your body, amazing things happen. When you demonstrate to yourself and the world that you value your body and you are committed to its growth in fitness, however that looks for you as an individual, the sense of empowerment spreads in to the other areas of your life too.
